Bloom Techno is a licensed UAE technology company that builds and operates digital ventures helping founders start, run, and scale: home to Sijil, Muznah, and Natija. This page is that story, kept honest.

Milestones

Five pivotal milestones, one consistent direction

  1. Brana

    A learning community that grew to tens of thousands of members: the first proof that building for people beats presenting at them.

  2. Sinad

    A software house with a training pipeline, the school of hard numbers: it kept shipping through hyperinflation and taught that operational grit is not a financial model.

  3. Bloom Techno

    Bloom Techno FZE-LLC, established 2023 in Sharjah, UAE: founder-led, and built AI-first, with human direction on every deliverable.

  4. Sijil

    First code 21 May 2026: a live engine pricing UAE company formation, an AI consultant named Maryam on WhatsApp, and client engagements closed in its first summer (the count sits on our home page).

  5. Natija

    Natija, the group's newest platform: it turns a venture's real results into evidence a buyer can inspect, so every claim arrives with its proof.

Leadership

Founded and led by Ahmed Tibin · أحمد تبن.

A technical founder who signs every engagement himself, using the group's own AI systems to take more work without lowering the standard.
