Can you retrofit our existing site?
Yes, though we audit what mirroring has already broken first (usually alignment, truncation and icon direction). The fix list is concrete before we touch any code.
Do you design Arabic from scratch too?
Yes: that is the better path. Starting RTL-first, the Arabic view is composed on its own terms and the LTR view adapts, rather than the reverse.
